How and when your order reaches you, and how returns work.
Every order leaves our studio within 2–3 business days of payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Shipping within the United States is free and sent by USPS standard shipping. You can choose express shipping at checkout for an extra fee (US orders only). International orders ship at one flat price per country.

The shipping price for your country is also shown on every product page and at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Import duties, customs fees and taxes are not included in the price you pay us. Your country may charge them when the package arrives, and they are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the amount in advance.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. To start a return, email us at contact@tayrishop.com with your order number.
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not offer exchanges.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will make it right.
