Last updated: October 2026. This page explains what Tayri Shop (Tayri LLC) collects when you visit tayrishop.com or place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
Payment: your card is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Account: if you create an account, your email and a password (stored in protected form by our login provider).
Wishlist and cart: kept in your browser on your own device.
Visits: a simple count of visits and where they came from (for example Google or Instagram), with no name attached.
Messages and reviews: anything you send us, such as a review or a back-in-stock request.

How we use it

To take payment, pack and ship your order, and email you about it (confirmation, shipping and delivery).
To work out sales tax where it applies.
To check that a delivery address is real.
To reply to you, show reviews you approved, and email you when a sold-out item is back if you asked.
To remind you if you leave something in your checkout, when you gave us your email.
To understand how the shop is used and keep it secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), USPS (address checks and shipping), Brevo (emails), Supabase (our database and login) and our web host. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart and wishlist, keep you signed in, and remember your cookie choice. If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, they will load only if you accept all cookies. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Unfinished checkouts are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Email contact@tayrishop.com and we will help.

Children

The shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
